Amenities / Specifications
- Building will be RCC frame structure of columns, beams and slabs. The internal partitions walls will be of 4 1/2" brick masonry and external wall will be of 9" laterite/brick masonry . Internal walls will be plastered with cement mortar with neeru finish and then painted in oil bound distemper and external walls will be plastered with cement mortar in two coats with sand face finish thereafter painting the same with cement paint.
- Flooring will be of ceramic tiles 16” X 16” with matching skirting. The Toilet and Bathing rooms will be provided with ceramic tiles upto a height of 7 feet. The flooring of the toilet/ bathing room will be tiled with ceramic tiles or equivalent.
- All internal and external doors will be 30 mm thick panel door with commercial ply for panel of internal doors and marine ply panel for external doors with Sal wood for the shutters frame and door jambs along with painting the doors on both sides with Synthetic Oil Enamel paint. Main door shutter will be teak wood with brass fixtures. Window will be Sal/matti wood frames with Sal wood shutters/Aluminium sliding shutters and glazed with 3 mm glass and painted on both sides with Synthetic Oil Enamel paint. Doors of the Toilet and Bathroom will be 30 mm thick Sal wood frame with 9 mm Marine ply for panel and the same painted on both sides with Synthetic Oil Enamel paint. All hardware will be of aluminium and anodised.
- Plumbing will be concealed in G.I. pipes and fittings. All sanitary ware will be of colour matching the floor and walls and English WC.
- Electrical point will be concealed with copper wiring and adequate point will be provided for each room.
- Liv/Din – 2 nos. light points, 1no. fan point, 3 nos 5amp sockets, 1no. AC socket, 1 no. bell point, 1 no. tv/tel socket
- Bedroom – 1no. fan point, 2 nos. light points, 2 nos. 5 amp sockets , 1no. tel point and 1 no. AC socket
- Kitchen- 1 no. light points, 1no. fan point, 4 nos. 5amp sockets , 2 nos 15 amp sockets
- Toi/Bath- 1no. light point, 1 no. 15 amp socket for geyser

- All switches will be anchor Dyna type of similiar brand
- Kitchen platform will have granite top with stainless steel sink and ceramic tiles of 2 feet height above the platform and rested on wooden cabinets.
